EnglishB1 is a dedicated learning application designed specifically for intermediate students preparing for B1 level certification exams (like Cambridge PET, IELTS 4.0-5.0, or TOEFL iBT 42-71). We focus on context-rich reading comprehension and grammar practice.

You can explore real-life B1 articles in the Gallery. As you read, you can hover over or tap bold terms to see instant definitions and contextual examples. After reading, you can test your comprehension with the embedded multiple-choice quiz.

Once you submit a quiz, our backend scores your answers. Correct options highlight in green, errors highlight in red, and a detailed explanation box expands below each question. For grammar practices, correct spellings are shown inline with any incorrect answers.

To maintain your learning streak, you simply need to complete and submit at least one quiz or practice exercise every calendar day. Your current streak and historical maximum streak are tracked on your Progress dashboard.

Inside the Readings Gallery, each card has a small heart icon in the upper right corner. Clicking this heart marks the reading as a favorite. A list of all your favorited readings will be easily accessible from your Progress panel.
